Announcement of the Formation of National Democratic Party for Human Rights -NDPHR (exile) Denmark Branch

We would like to announce with pleasure that a Denmark branch of the National Democratic Party for Human Rights (exile) was successfully formed on November 19, 2006 after extensive discussion among the Rohingya community members in Denmark to advocate the causes of suffering Burmese nationals including Rohingyas, to establish genuine federal union in Burma, restoring democracy, human rights and equal justice and internal peace in Burma through non-violence and peaceful means under the guidance and rightful democratic leadership of U Maung Sein alias Mohiuddin, the President of NDPHR(exile - HQ) based in New York City, USA.

All Burmese exiled democratic forces, human rights organizations, UN agencies, International NGOs, and ethnic nationalities group of Burma are sincerely requested to come forward for supports and cooperate with the NDPHR (exile) Denmark branch for the advancement of the peaceful co-existence to run all possible activities of the NDPHR (exile).

(The National Democratic Party for Human Rights is the main Political Party of Rohingya ethnic minority in Burma which won 4 Parliamentary seats in 1990 general election. The NDPHR (in exile) was formed by some of the Party members for the advancement of Democracy, Human Rights and Justice in Burma and as well as to advocate the cause of suffering Rohingyas through nonviolent democratic means).
